This challenge is brought to you by two regular guys—Ken Wimberly and Eliud Sangabriel—with a passion for pushing limits and making an impact. We're here to inspire, guide, and share what’s worked for us, but let’s be real: we’re not doctors, therapists, or miracle workers (though Eliud does have some pretty impressive biceps 😊).

Participation is at your own risk—this means you’re responsible for knowing your own limits and making informed decisions about your health and safety. We strongly encourage you to consult with your own medical professionals, nutritionists, or any other experts you trust before joining this challenge. Got questions about your fitness level, an old injury, or what to eat to fuel your body? Don’t wing it—ask the pros.

Our advice is based on personal experience and is meant to motivate, not medicate. Listen to your body, and if something feels off during the event, don’t push through—rest, hydrate, or even call it a day if needed. This challenge is about growth, not recklessness.

By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your own body, mind, and decisions. We're here to cheer you on, but ultimately, this journey is yours.

Now, let’s have some fun, raise some funds, and crush some limits together!

PS: If you’re allergic to disclaimers with humor, you might want to sit this one out.
